Class Description
Body Language
In this dance class, we’ll learn routines that will teach you how to move throughout a space with confidence and assertive energy. The routines will challenge you to explore your body’s own language so that you can wield it to your advantage regardless of your current level of dance experience! Got a pair of heels you haven’t worn in a while? Bring ‘em along, and let’s hit the
floor!
What to Wear:
Wear the things that make you feel most sexy, but be sure to choose clothing options that allow you to move freely so that you can stay in tune with your own movements throughout the class.
What to Bring:
Water
Knee Pads
Heels are encouraged, but they’re absolutely optional!

Floorwork and Sensuality
Command everyone’s attention by taking your seductive dance flow down to the ground and right back up again as we explore ways to travel around the floor and craft new and creative,
sensual movements. You’ll be challenged to rethink all of the rules of “dancing” in this class!
What to Wear:
To slink, slither, and slow roll around the Tipsy Twerk studio during this class, we recommend tank tops or bra tops and leggings/ yoga pants.
What to Bring:
Water
Knee Pads

Stretch and Flow Yoga
Relax your mind, body, and spirit with us first thing in the morning to get your week started off right! We’ll work through focused guided movements and breathing, and our instructor will
provide you with any progressions or modifications needed so that you’re able to get the most out of your yoga practice regardless of your current level.
What to Wear:
Tops and bottoms that are light, breathable, and form-fitting will allow you to move more freely, so we suggest tank tops and leggings/yoga pants.
.

Twerk
In this twerk choreography class, you’ll learn routines that you’ll be able to whip out whenever you get the urge. We’ll teach proper techniques for standard twerk movements, and throw in a few challenges along the way to keep things fun! The great thing about twerk is that there’s hundreds of ways to do it, so modifications are pretty much endless. With that being said...bring them yams here and let’s get to WERK!
What to Wear:
It’s up to you! Wear any clothing that will allow you unrestricted range of movement. Our suggestion for Twerk Cardio is to avoid workout bottoms that are too tight you wanna be
able to see that thing bouncing in the mirror, friend!
What to Bring:
Water
Knee Pads
